Casa de Amparo to Host Annual Golf Tournament, Fore the Casa Kids, Benefiting Casa de Amparo

July 18, 2018 (San Marcos, CA) – Thursday, September 13, 2018 marks the date of the Annual Fore the Casa Kids Golf Tournament, benefiting Casa de Amparo, which will be held at the Twin Oaks Golf Course in San Marcos, CA.

The tournament will kick-off with a shotgun start at 12:00 p.m. After the tournament is complete, attendees will enjoy cocktails, an elaborate auction, and a hosted dinner. During the dinner, awards to be announced for the winning foursomes along with the recipients of the closest to the pin and the longest drive. Golf tickets are still available and range from $225 for individual golfers and $800 per foursome. Golf tickets include cart fees, lunch, course beverages, auction and a BBQ steak dinner. Come out for a full day of fun with friends or make it a corporate day off with your staff or management team for some team building.

If you have never played the majestic Twin Oaks Golf Club in San Marcos, now is your opportunity to get out, enjoy this beautiful 18 hole course, network and help the Casa Kids all at the same time! Designed by course architect Ted Robinson, this course offers a fine balance of beauty and challenge. Not a golfer? Join Casa de Amparo for cocktails, dinner and a very exciting silent auction after the tournament.

Established in 1978, Casa de Amparo (Home of Protection) is recognized as a leader in treating and preventing child abuse and neglect in San Diego County and beyond, with locations in Oceanside and San Marcos. The non–profit organization annually serves over 1,000 Casa Kids, from prenatal to 25 years old, as well as 900 families, through integrated trauma-informed programs that promote healing, growth, and healthy relationships.
